We understand that trying something new can feel uncertain. As a first-time customer, you can try one product from our range for a full 30 days. If it doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll gladly refund your purchase (excluding shipping costs). All we ask is that you share your feedback with us so we can continue improving our products.
To request a refund during your 30-day risk-free, email us at support@hausmoi.com with your order number and a brief explanation of why the product didn’t work for you.
Conditions for the Risk-Free:
- Applies to one worn product from your first order only.
- Additional products from the same order must remain unused, in original packaging, and in a resalable condition (including any hygiene seals) for returns or exchanges.

We make returns easy. Within 30 days of delivery, you can return any unworn and unused items in their original packaging with hygiene seals intact. We accept returns for refunds, store credit, or exchanges.
How to Return:
- Start your return request online by sending an e-mail to support@hausmoi.com
- Pack your items securely in the original packaging.
- Send the package back to us within 30 days of delivery.
Refund & Exchange Details
- Refunds: A €7.95 handling fee will be applied to all refunds. This fee does not apply to exchanges or store credit.
- Exchanges: Completely free of charge!
- Store Credit: No additional fees applied.
Shipping Costs
Domestic (Within Europe):
We offer FREE pre-paid return labels for all domestic returns and exchanges.
International:
For customers outside Europe, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.
